Install BrowserFairy
Download BrowserFairy from the Mac App Store and open it. It lives in your menu bar and works with macOS 13 or later.

Make it your default browser
In BrowserFairy’s General settings, choose Make Default so links from your Mac apps reach it. Then choose Browser Launcher, BrowserFairy’s name for the picker, as the browser for links no rule matches. From now on, every link asks.

Setting BrowserFairy as your default handles links from Mac apps such as Mail and Slack. For links or tabs already inside a browser, use a BrowserFairy extension to send them to the picker. The extensions are optional for links from other Mac apps.
